(VOVworld)- Hue Festival 2012 opened in Hue tonight with the theme “Cultural Heritage with integration and development- rendezvous of historic cities. The festival attracts 40 art troupes from 28 countries with hundreds of interesting performances. According to the Organizing Board, all preparations for the festival have been completed.
