The festival attracts 40 art troupes from 28 countries with hundreds of interesting performances. According to the Organizing Board, all preparations for the festival have been completed.

This is where teacher Nguyen Thi Coi offering free classes to her students, most of whom are children with disabilities, or affected by Agent Orange.
