(VOVWORLD) - In 2020, the Binh Duong provincial People's Committee adopted a pilot model called “Smart Village” in Bach Dang commune. The program, the first of its kind in Vietnam, is part of the local effort to build smart, new-style rural areas.

The project, implemented by Lai Chau authorities, HCM city and the Ministry of Public Security, has strengthened local social security.
