(VOVWORLD) - Ho Chi Minh City has pushed administrative procedure reforms in order to create a more favorable business environment. Under this year’s theme, "Building an urban administration and improving investment environment", the city administration has implemented a number of innovative models.

Like other crafts, it has been challenged by the integration process. In recent years, local craftsmen have tried hard to adapt but could still use help from the state.
