Many believe that one of the key highlights of the new term will be the building of a “Digital Front,” applying technology to connect with citizens more promptly and more effectively.
Mr. Kieu My, Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation (AITI), said: “Many young people and residents in remote areas rarely access official websites or electronic information portals. Therefore, the Front could engage people through social media platforms such as Zalo, TikTok, and Facebook, while also combining them with traditional communication channels like SMS. In that way, no citizen will be left behind. Even elderly people or those living in remote areas will be able to make their voices heard and send their opinions to the Front from anywhere across the country.”
Venerable Thich Thanh Hai, member of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, said the Congress would create fresh momentum to further strengthen the great national unity bloc and spread the spirit of solidarity throughout society, including among religious communities, in pursuit of the nation’s developmental aspirations.
He said: “With the goals outlined in the Congress documents, we firmly believe this Congress will usher in a new period of positive change. We believe the new atmosphere it creates will generate real resources for society and the nation, united by a shared aspiration and common dream of all Vietnamese people, including religious communities that Vietnam will prosper and the people will live in peace and well-being. I believe the action programs proposed by the Front will truly mobilize the strength of the entire population for the new stage of national development and advancement.”
Mr. Tran Ba Phuc, Chairman of the Vietnamese Business Association in Australia, proposed various measures to strengthen connections among overseas Vietnamese communities and encourage them to contribute to the homeland: “Vietnamese people living abroad always look toward their homeland and wish to contribute to national development in some way. I believe the Vietnamese diaspora serves as an excellent bridge of friendship between Vietnam and the world. I hope the Congress will introduce more policies and initiatives to encourage and create opportunities for overseas Vietnamese, especially younger generations, to contribute directly to the country’s development in this new era.”
Delegates expressed confidence that with the spirit of “Solidarity – Democracy – Innovation – Creativity – Development,” Congress will open a new chapter for Front activities whose every effort is directed toward grassroots communities, with the happiness and satisfaction of the people placed at the center of all actions.
