(VOVWORLD) - The 13th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee concluded on Wednesday in Hanoi. Each issue discussed at the plenum was deliberated and decided with a high level of consensus, including many “backbone” contents determining the success of the 14th National Party Congress, the realization of the goals of rapid and sustainable development, and the improvement of people’s living standard.
