The trash collection by young people spreads environmental protection awareness in the community and inspires millions of Vietnamese people.
Tran Thi Dinh Hang, leader of the Green Phu Yen group, said: “The goal is to make beaches across the country greener, cleaner, more beautiful, and to instill a love of the environment in young people at schools. We spread love for the environment to all Vietnamese people.”
Keeping the beaches clean and beautiful is an activity that many young people and youth union members in the eastern coastal area of Dak Lak have engaged in for years on volunteer Saturdays and green Sundays.
