The SNP, under the Ministry of Defense, will bring up five children of needy fishermen from the coastal city of Quy Nhon and Hoai Nhon commune in Binh Dinh province.

Each child will be provided with 22 USD per month until they turn 18.

The SNP also sponsored more than 10,000 USD to build 3 charity houses and 4,300 USD for the Fund for the Poor, and presented 50 gifts to fishermen families facing difficulties in the province.
