(VOVWORLD) - Speaker of India’s Lower House Om Birla began an official visit to Vietnam on Tuesday at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman VuongDinh Hue. The visit is expected to deepen the bilateral Comprehensive Strategic Partnership following Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue’s visit to India last December and recent talks on the phone between Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam's export turnover of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in the first quarter increased nearly 20% over the same period last year with a total value estimated at nearly 7.3 billion USD.
