The world public is hoping the meeting can find a way to restore the battered world economy. But tensions in some bilateral relations could be hindering the success of this conference.

But according to the report, corruption cases have not decreased and have gotten more complex and more extreme. Chief Government Inspector Huynh Phong Tranh says the Party and State have continued to give top priority to combating corruption with tough and resolute measures.

(VOVworld) - The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court recently jailed bloggers under article 88 of the Criminal Code, after security agencies found websites containing propaganda that distorted Vietnamese Party and State policies, and slandered and fabricated information about Vietnamese Party and State leaders. This information has posed serious threats to society demanding stricter control of information on the internet.
