The 3rd plenary meeting of the National Assembly’s Judicial Committee

(VOVworld) – The National Assembly’s Judicial Committee held the 3rd plenary meeting to verify revisions to the 2015 Criminal Code.
The revisions relates to the content of 141 articles. The government proposed to define people from 14 to under 16-years-old to take criminal responsibility for intentional and extremely serious crimes.
