The 3rd plenary meeting of the National Assembly’s Judicial Committee

(VOVworld) – The National Assembly’s Judicial Committee held the 3^rd plenary meeting to verify revisions to the 2015 Criminal Code.
The revisions relates to the content of 141 articles. The government proposed to define people from 14 to under 16-years-old to take criminal responsibility for intentional and extremely serious crimes.
