Nguyen Ngoc Hoa, Acting Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association, said the target presents a big challenge, but is firmly grounded in reality. He pointed to institutions and policy frameworks – particularly Resolution 68 on the private sector, Resolution 79 on the state economic sector, and Resolution 57 on science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation – as tools to ensure that macroeconomic management closely aligns with practical conditions.
Hoa said the reorganization of administrative agencies and the acceleration of digital transformation in public services have also created significant advantages for businesses. And 2026 is expected to be a pivotal year as major infrastructure projects launched in 2025 continue and public investment remains a key policy instrument for steering economic growth.
