Ms Ngan said the National Assembly has adopted 8 bills to create favorable conditions for science and technology activities. She said the Party and State want to develop more high-tech parks to increase national strength in science and technology to promote national brands and enhance national development. Ms Ngan said: “The Ministry of Science and Technology needs to learn from experience of other countries to develop high-tech parks, upgrade infrastructure, improve the investment environment to attract investors, promptly address problems facings scientists,and create the best conditions for science and technology activities in the Hoa Lac high-tech park to make it a technological hub in Vietnam and in the region.”

NA Chairowman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan witnessed the signing of a strategic deal between the park’s management board and the Viettel Military Industry and Telecom Group and the presentation of decisions on investment plans of four projects, including the VinSmart Research and Manufacture JSC, Mediplantex JSC, A&A Green Phoenix Group JSC and Hulk Energy JSC.
