(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang received President of the Philippines-Vietnam Friendship Association Eddie Harde on Tuesday. He praised the establishment of friendship associations in both countries in 2014, which marked an important step in the development of friendship after 40 years of diplomatic ties. President Sang called for increased people-to-people and cultural exchanges to foster mutual understanding. Mr. Eddie said that his association is implementing a number of projects to consolidate friendship between the two countries.
