(VOVworld) – South Korea’s Acting President Hwang Kyo-ahn called for tight security amid rising political uncertainties after the National Assembly on Friday passed an impeachment motion against President Park Geun-hye.

In his first fact-finding tour to visit the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Acting President Hwang urged the officials to stay on alert because South Korea faces high security risks, especially from North Korea's continued provocations.
