(VOVWORLD) - The Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival 2026 opened Wednesday, the second day of Tet of Vietnamese Lunar New Year, and will run through May 11. The opening ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, the sixth day of the 1st lunar month.

This year’s festival features four main sightseeing routes connecting 20 temples, pagodas, and grottoes. A rapid response team is on duty to ensure visitors’ rights and experiences. The organizers have also rolled out e-ticketing and online ticket sales, QR-code ticket control, AI-cameras at key locations, and a smart operations center.
Vice Chairman of the Huong Son communal People’s Committee, and Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival 2026, Vuong Trong Dao, said: “Ticket for scenic sites, boat services, and cable car services are sold online and at electronic ticket booths. At several crowded sites, there are QR codes for visitors to contact with the organizing board. We will receive their complaints and send forces to handle the issue promptly.”
