VOV President re-elected to 14th Party Central Committee
(VOVWORLD) - The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam on Thursday elected the 14th Party Central Committee, comprising 200 members, including 180 full members and 20 alternate members. President of the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) Do Tien Sy was elected as one of the 180 full members.

Mr. Sy was born on November 2, 1965, in Hung Yen province. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Theory.
He has served as a member of the Party Central Committee for the 12th, 13th, and 14th terms, and is a deputy to the 14th and 15th National Assembly.
During his tenure in Hung Yen province, Mr. Sy held various leadership positions, including Secretary of the Van Lam District Party Committee; Deputy Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission; Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization and Chairman of the provincial Literature and Arts Association; Deputy Secretary and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee.
In June 2021, the Prime Minister issued a decision appointing Mr. Do Tien Sy as President of the Voice of Vietnam.
