On this flag is an inscription made by a soldier named Hoang Phuc Hung to mark the victory of the Bac Thai unit at 11:00 AM on March 11, 1975. 50 years later this is a cherished memory of veteran Hoang Phuc Hung.

(VOVWORLD) - Veteran Ngo Xuan Tu of Hanoi has spent 20 years on the battlefield. After being discharged from the army, he returned home and established a vocational training workshop, providing jobs and stable income for many disadvantaged individuals.

(VOVWORLD) - Nguyen Hong Phong of Hanoi is a role model for war invalids running a successful business. After returning from the battlefield with war wounds, Phong persevered through hardships to excel in business. His efforts have not only secured a stable income for his family but have inspired many others to overcome their own difficult circumstances.
