100 photos of Truong Sa archipelago and a map titled “Proud of Vietnam’s sea and islands”, were on display at Phu Dien Secondary School.

More than 1,200 teachers and pupils took part in a program called “Father guards the island, I stay home with my friends”, to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival with the children of soldiers stationed at Truong Sa archipelago and DK1 platforms.

1,000 messages were written on star-shaped lanterns. The pupils also made paper masks as gifts for the soldiers' children.
