Through its virtual format, the event created an interactive and engaging environment, helping raise awareness and promote a more proactive lifestyle within the community.

Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Lien Huong said: "Agencies in the health sector and the Vietnam Health Trade Union need to sustain and expand community-based activities such as running, walking, cycling, and other forms of exercise, while organizing regular health check-ups, screenings, and consultations."

She also emphasized the need to enhance technology applications to enable individuals to monitor and manage their own health.

The event is part of activities marking Vietnam’s People’s Health Day and World Health Day on April 7.
