Many families in Nhat Tan flower village, Hanoi tend to grow different types of flowers including ox-eye daisies, turning their gardens into an ideal destination for flower lovers and phototgraphers.

Ox-eye daises are grown in the sixth lunar month. After four and five months of meticulous care, gardeners will harvest the flowers.

Ox-eye daises often bloom in only one month.
Ox-eye daises are plucked in the early morning and are brought for sale in Quang An flower in the afternoon.

Depending on gardeners’ care, the height of ox-eye daises ranges between 0.5 metre and over 1 metre.

Ox-eye daises are in blossoms in many gardens in Nhat Tan flower village.

A bunch of ox-eye daises are sold for between VND40,000 and VND50,000. Each day, gardeners can earn VND5-7 million from selling flowers.

Many young people flock to ox-eye daisy gardens to take beautiful photos.

Gardeners say these flowers will flood Hanoi’s street in the next 5-7 days.
