The Mu Cang Chai Terraced Field Festival is part of the Muong Lo Tourism-Culture Week, taking place Friday to next Wednesday.

This is a major annual event in Yen Bai province, attracting thousands of visitors.

A highlight of the festival will be the 6th Paragliding Festival themed “Flying over yellow fields”. Paragliders flying over Khau Pha pass will get a bird’s-eye view of vast yellow rice fields flanked by green mountains.

The paragliding festival “Flying over yellow fields” is an annual event hosted by the VietWings Hanoi Paragliding Club since 2013.
