Since the onset of the pandemic, Vietnam has recorded a total of 1,615,292 COVID cases.

On Friday, 30,833 patients were given the all-clear, bringing the total number of cured cases to 1,215,261. During the day, 235 more deaths from COVID-19 were reported.

As of Friday, Vietnam administered over 143.5 million doses of vaccine. 97.7% of the population aged 18 years and older got at least 1 dose and 85.5% of the adult population got 2 doses.
