HCM city reported the highest number of new infections (5,446), followed by its neighboring province of Binh Duong (3,651). Hanoi detected 41 new cases.

14 provinces and cities have gone through 14 days with no new infections, including Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyên, Vinh Phuc, Hai Phong, and Hai Duong.
