They included 55 imported cases and 16,417 locally-transmitted cases in 60 cities and provinces.

Also on Thursday, 28,369 COVID-19 patients fully recovered bringing the total recoveries in Vietnam to 1,464,415. In the last 24 hours, 170 COVID-19 patients died.
