The working group is responsible for mobilizing aid for vaccines, therapeutic drugs, medical products for COVID-19 prevention and control and transferring technology to produce vaccines and drugs from other countries and bilateral and multilateral partners.

The group is also in charge of seeking, supporting, and promoting negotiation, import and receipt of vaccines, therapeutic drugs, and medical products and the transfer of vaccine production technology for COVID-19 prevention and control.
