According to a statement posted on the Iranian President’s official website, Pezeshkian said implementation of the memorandum would prevent the US and Israel from creating instability and insecurity in the region, allowing regional countries to pursue a path toward stability and development.
The Iranian president also stressed the need to thwart what he described as the “sinister plots of enemies” by strengthening unity and solidarity among Muslim countries.
Pezeshkian reiterated that Iran has never been the party that initiated a war.
He said Iran does not welcome war, but will stand firm against any aggressor, stressing that no power can force a nation that is standing with all its strength and determination to surrender.
