In his opening remarks, Chairman Man said the committee will adopt one ordinance and one resolution to further fine-tune the legal framework governing the People's Courts under the newly restructured organizational system. The committee will also consider and approve finance and state budget resolutions.

Lawmakers will give opinions on a draft supervision plan and outline for a thematic probe into the enforcement of policies and laws governing the management and use of office facilities following the reshuffle of administrative apparatuses and units.

Mr. Man said: "This is the first oversight topic of the 16th National Assembly. Therefore, preparation must be carried out meticulously, systematically, and scientifically from the very beginning. In particular, this oversight activity must be closely linked to the Party Central Committee's strategic directives on preventing and combating waste and corruption, especially the spirit of Resolution 04. The management and use of office buildings following the reorganization of the administrative apparatus is currently an issue of great public attention."

The committee will also review the May report on citizens’ petitions and aspirations.
