Commenting on related laws including the Law on Investment, the Law on Planning, and the Urban and Rural Planning Law, Mr. Lam stressed that the laws must embrace a comprehensive, long-term national development vision, while addressing urgent infrastructure needs to steer the country’s overall growth.
General Secretary To Lam said: “The Law on Investment must clearly identify priorities for each stage of development. Amendments to this law must aim at creating a transparent, stable, safe business environment, as well as easy implementation with low costs, meeting international standards, and maintaining regional and global competitiveness.”
