In Ho Chi Minh City, through cultural programs, educational exchanges, activities marking major national holidays, and enduring ties with India, the Vietnam-India Friendship Association of Ho Chi Minh City has helped bring India closer to local people.

The Indian Consul General expressed confidence that the Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries will continue to deepen, supported by the two governments, businesses, universities, artists, younger generations, and, above all, friends of India in Ho Chi Minh City.
