He made the appeal at a high-level dialogue in Hanoi on Tuesday attended by nearly 1,000 delegates, including Government leaders, representatives of international organizations, experts, scholars, and the Vietnamese private business community.
“I hope you will inspire great national solidarity and help unleash the strength of the people and the nation. You should renew your mindset, think big, look far, act boldly, and grow rapidly yet sustainably,” Mr. Chinh said.
The Prime Minister urged enterprises to prioritize technological application and innovation to consolidate existing growth drivers and develop new ones.
