The province hopes to complete all work before the 2026 Lunar New Year. Pham Xuan Quang, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Mang Ri commune, said, "In addition to helping villagers level land, we’ve also built roads. We’re proposing that the province invest in essential infrastructure like electricity, clean water, and the construction of a community cultural center. We’ve helped residents install water pipes, and the power company has installed a temporary transformer station to ensure the villagers have access to electricity before the Lunar New Year."
