Speaking at the event, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung said the event demonstrates the growing confidence of French and European partners in Vietnam's investment and business environment, as well as its long-term development vision in strategic technology sectors.
To enable the centers to operate effectively, Deputy Prime Minister Dung, who is also Deputy Head of the Government's Steering Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation, called on Dassault Système to strive to have 1,000 high-quality engineers working at its R&D center in Vietnam by 2030.

In particular, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his hope that the Group would expand investment and business cooperation in Vietnam and work more closely with domestic partners to transfer technology. Through this, Vietnam will gradually become an investment base for the Group in Southeast Asia and Asia, he added and pledged improved investment and business environment and favorable conditions for domestic and foreign investors to operate effectively and sustainably.

Samson Khaou, Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific of Dassault Systèmes Group, said the dual launch event builds upon more than 20 years of Dassault Systèmes' engagement with Vietnamese businesses, partners, and academics, reinforcing the group's long-term commitment to Vietnam's digital and industrial transformation.
