A music concert called “V Fest – Glorious Youth” took place Sunday at the Vietnam Exhibition Center in Hanoi, featuring a number of renowned artists.

Singer Trang Phap premiered a song she wrote for the occasion.“I believe all of us here are proud to be Vietnamese people. We are proud to see image of a large vehicle shielding smaller ones on the street during a storm or people running toward each other when danger comes. This song expresses that pride."

Audience members told reporters:

-“This is the first time I’ve attended such a program. It’s spectacular, livelyand full of joy.”

-“I found the program deeply moving. The images and lighting were amazing, creating an atmosphere that inspired everyone and stirred the Vietnamese spirit. I love Vietnam.”

The event raised money for a project to build 100 libraries for disadvantaged students across the country.
