Located in the southern domestic terminal, the lane serves passengers with Level 2 VNeID accounts, allowing security and boarding via facial recognition or electronic codes without physical documents.
The system automates identity checks, cutting processing time to minutes while ensuring strict aviation security standards.
"Da Nang International Airport will continue to invest in and expand technology applications in the roadmap to 2030. We are also working with relevant authorities and the Ministry of Public Security to use biometric solutions for international passengers," said Phan Kieu Hung, Director of Da Nang International Airport.
