Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines will restart daily two-way routes linking Ho Chi Minh City with Thanh Hoa, Nha Trang, Tuy Hoa, Quy Nhon, and Phu Quoc. The two-way route linking Ho Chi Minh City and Thua Thien-Hue will operate once a week and a one-way route from Vinh to Ho Chi Minh City twice a week.

The resumption of other flights will depend on guidelines from aviation authorities and the permission of local administrations.
