The agreement builds on the long-standing partnership between the two sides, following previous agreements signed in April 2019, May 2022 and January 2024.

STB and Traveloka will cooperate in launching co-branded marketing campaigns to promote Singapore on the Traveloka platform; creating inspiring content that highlights Singapore's unique travel experiences; promoting Singapore through its calendar of events; and sharing privacy-protected travel insights and trend data to help STB optimise its marketing strategies in each source market.

Singapore is one of Vietnam's key international tourism markets, and also being a favourite destination among Vietnamese travellers. Traveloka's data show that Singapore continues to rank among the most searched international destinations, with Vietnamese travellers showing higher booking demand and travel expenditure.
