The platform aims to improve information transparency regarding overseas employment. Users can download a free DOLAB-JICA app on their mobile phones or personal computers and look up job descriptions, which include overviews, locations, and base salary.
Only service businesses pre-approved by the Department of Overseas Labour can offer jobs on the platform.
Jobseekers can also send direct messages to recruiters for further exchanges. Through DOLAB-JICA, service businesses can tap into a bigger pool of talents, who are interested in working abroad and meet job requirements, thereby reduce recruitment costs and improve business stability and growth.
