First, Vietnam called for stronger cooperation and comprehensive reform of global trade and financial institutions to ensure fairness and adaptability. Second, it urged greater support to help developing countries boost self-reliance through financial aid, technology transfer, gender equality, and opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises to join global value chains. Third, Vietnam highlighted the need for a dual transformation toward a green and digital economy, making trade and investment key drivers of sustainable growth.

Deputy Minister Hang affirmed Vietnam’s commitment to legal reforms, private sector development, innovation, and digital transformation — aiming for robust growth and deeper global integration despite global economic and geopolitical shifts.
