Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Minh Tam highlighted that the pagoda serves as a spiritual home for the Vietnamese community in Laos and symbolizes the enduring bond between Buddhism and the peoples of both countries.

He reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Vietnamese citizens in Laos.

“Charity work serves as a bridge for mutual support in the Vietnamese community in Laos, who always remember that they are children of the Vietnamese nation,” said Venerable Thich Minh Quang, head monk of Phat Tich Pagoda.
