The Myanmar leader and his spouse arrived at the National Assembly Building, where Hanoi children gathered to welcome the delegation.

General Secretary and State President To Lam and President Min Aung Hlaing walked along the red carpet to the ceremonial platform as the military band played the national anthems of Vietnam and Myanmar.

The two leaders then saluted the national flag and reviewed the Guard of Honour of the Vietnam People’s Army.

Following the ceremony, they held talks to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation.
