The event was organized for the first time by the Vietnam-Australia Cultural Exchange Organization (VACEO) as part of the celebrations of Vietnamese culture and heritage in Australia during the Viet Soul 3, a community festival held with support from the Australian government.
The festival also featured traditional music and dance performances, a lacquer painting exhibition titled “Childhood Memories,” and a display of artworks by Vietnamese children living in Australia.
