After the launch, doctors at Bach Mai hospital held an online medical consultation with doctors from hospitals in Thai Nguyen, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, and Nghe An province and Hai Phong city.

Luong Ngoc Khue, Head of the Ministry of Health’s Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, said: “The platform, by providing remote medical examination and consultation will ease the workload at central hospitals and reduce mass gatherings”.

26 hospitals have already registered to use the new platform.
