They were briefed on the current sea and island situation, Party policies and State laws on East Sea issues, issues related to border security and Vietnam’s seas and islands, historical evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelagoes, and the Law on the Vietnam Coast Guard.
