(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam has circulated a note at the United Nations rejecting China’s sovereignty claims over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos in the East Sea and reasserted both groups of islands are under Vietnam’s sovereignty.
