(VOVWORLD) - Ben Tre province in the Mekong Delta region contains vast groves of green coconut trees and a maze of canals and rivers connecting villages and floating markets. People there, though living in difficult circumstances, have cooperated with local authorities in building new-style rural areas.

Annually, the province harvests 600 million coconuts from 70,000 hectares of land to lead Vietnam in both growing area and production output. (VOVWORLD) - Located in Thanh Oai district, 30 kilometers to the southwest of Hanoi, Uoc Le is famous for its pork paste making profession.

(VOVWORLD) - Thoi Son Isle, also known as Lan or Unicorn Islet, is located in the lower section of the Tien River and is administrated by Thoi Son commune in Tien Giang province. The isle is a famous fruit growing area and a great destination for a weekend vacation.

Dong Ky’s wood furniture is popular in Vietnam and abroad. To expand production and boost exports, the Dong Ky Fine Arts Product Association has developed a project called “Village of startups” to connect local businesses.
