(VOVworld)- Gong performances are popular at spring festivals in the Central Highlands. For Central Highlanders, gongs have become part of their lives. In recent years, local gong artists have organized classes to teach gong playing to the younger generation. H Xiu, VOV’s reporter in the Central Highlands region reports.

(VOVworld)- The Hanoi Cheo Opera has unveiled a new genre of performance that combines Cheo (traditional theater) and water puppetry on the stage. Known as Long Thanh drama, it’s part of a project to preserve and promote traditional theaters.

(VOVworld)- Cua Dinh folk singing is a genre of ceremonial singing which is the original form of Ca Tru folk singing. The music genre includes singing, instrument playing and dancing and is performed in the front yard of the communal house. Cua Dinh folk singing has been revitalized at Kenh communal house in Hai Phong city. Danh Tuyen reports
