Israeli President Shimon Peres on Wednesday, November 23, 2011, begins a 4 day official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of President Truong Tan Sang. This is the highest level visit to Vietnam by an Israeli leader since the two countries established diplomatic ties in 1993.
