The festival is being held at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House until February 21 or the 5th day of the 1st lunar month. Highlights include a calligraphy street, an apricot blossom street, a Tet ceremonial bamboo pole, a spring kitchen, flower lanes, and traditional craft villages.

Pham Ngoc Thach street and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street have been transformed into calligraphy streets featuring 50 young calligraphers using red paper and pots of black ink to evoke the atmosphere of Tet in the past.

The Tet apricot blossom space stands out with its brilliant yellow color, symbolizing good luck, prosperity, wealth, health, and happiness. Tran Thi Huong of Linh Xuan ward said she was impressed by the radiant apricot blossoms and the vigorous horse mascot rising out of the blossoms, which evokes a powerful spring energy and an aspiration to rise.

Another highlight is art exhibition called “Great Horses Welcome Spring”, featuring six experiential spaces, where visitors can observe, reflect, and connect with their own “welcoming spring” resolution.

The festival also includes a start-up space introducing a wide range of products by young entrepreneurs from An Giang province, including agricultural and aquatic products, handicrafts, and various types of tea. Artist Nam Cuong said that, as in previous years, he and his family are taking part in the festival through an art performance.

“Every year, I look forward to coming to the Youth Cultural House to see how Tet is decorated, because each year has a different theme associated with an animal of the zodiac. I really enjoy the festive atmosphere of spring. There are many arrangements to take beautiful photos. I wish everyone a new year of success and good fortune,” said Cuong.

The festival will also feature culinary corners combined with cultural and sports activities, entertainment and film exchange areas, and community art spaces. Together, they honor traditional cultural values while creating a vibrant, modern festive atmosphere.
