General Secretary To Lam hosts welcome ceremony for top Lao leader
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam presided over an official welcome ceremony for General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic Thongloun Sisoulith in Hanoi on Monday.

Following a 21-gun salute, the two leaders inspected the Guard of Honor and witnessed the march-past.
The ceremony was followed by talks between General Secretary To Lam and General Secretary and President Thongloun Sisoulith, who is on a 2-day state visit to Vietnam.
