(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi’s tourism sector earned recognition in 4 categories of the 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Destinations Awards recently announced by Tripadvisor: Top 25 Best Destinations in the World (4th place), Top 25 Best Cultural Destinations in the World (7th place), Top 25 Best Solo Travel Destinations in the World (7th place), and Top 25 Best Food Destinations in the World (11th place).

Being listed simultaneously in multiple categories highlights Hanoi’s comprehensive appeal in landscapes, culture, fun, and global travel trends.
The capital city has continued to affirm its position in global tourism after being named Asia’s Leading City Destination and Asia’s Leading City Break Destination at the 2025 World Travel Awards.
In 2025, Hanoi welcomed 33 million visitors, including more than 7.8 million foreigners.
